5. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the educational content they create and upload. SriWiszy LMS does not claim ownership of user-generated educational materials. However, users grant us permission to store and process their content solely for providing LMS services.

6. Availability of Service

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally affect access to the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

SriWiszy LMS is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or misuse the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms
